Founded in 1998 by Scott Sands and Glenn Decker, Sands Decker began with a mission to provide elite civil engineering design and surveying services. Our firm was built on the principle that strong client relationships are the foundation of successful infrastructure.

Our Evolution

As the industry evolved, so did we. In 2007, Mark Cameron merged CPS Consulting Group, LLC with our firm to expand our resources and technical capabilities. The leadership team was further strengthened in 2008 when Mark Antonetz joined as a partner, bringing specialized expertise in land development the retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Today, rebranded simply as Sands Decker, we continue to operate as a premier regional firm known for innovation and reliability.
