1200 Grandview Avenue Condominiums

This structure provides both commercial and residential spaces and is located within an urban historic urban mixed-use neighborhood off of Grandview Avenue just north of First Avenue. Complete site design including, site grading and dimensional plans, sanitary sewers, waterlines, and stormwater detention system. Due to the building occupying most of the site, special design features were needed to manage stormwater. The design included an underground detention basin to reduce run-off concerns as well as provide a more pleasing site appearance.
