Sands Decker provided survey and civil engineering services for a cast-in-place concrete pad including reinforcing. The new equipment pad is located near the northeast corner of the Chemical Abstracts Services building in a yard area that includes a sidewalk and steps to access the pad area, which was designed using impervious concrete.
