This project included relocation and new taps for the water and sanitary sewer connections, as well as relocation of several fire hydrants along Greenlawn Avenue. The site design and construction was designed as LEED Silver, and included new access, public and employee parking, emergency access, and a new 27,020 square foot fire station. Stormwater management included the creation of a detention basin for both the proposed and future site improvements. Due to the location of the flood plain, our staff worked with the Columbus flood director and the Department of Storm Water. A Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan (SW3P) was developed for this site.
