The Chieftain Center

Sands Decker provided complete civil engineering and surveying services for The Chieftain Center. This state-of-the-art field house facility sits on the campus of Logan High School. The facility is 86,080 square feet of usable space available for use by the community and students of Logan-Hocking School District. Inside the facility is a running track, field, and four basketball courts that are also striped for volleyball and tennis. There is a turf room that houses baseball, softball, soccer, and football off-season training as well as provides a place for local club teams to train. A student union in the upstairs of the facility is fully equipped with gaming systems, foosball, air hockey, arcade style games, table tennis, and a full eight-rack weight room.
