Construction Observation Services:

On-site construction observation for reasonable compliance with the construction documents
Provide accurate “as-built” documents to the owner at completion of the project
Evaluate day-to-day construction issues and communicate to appropriate parties
Observation of required construction testing
Maintain daily project logs

Contract Administration Services:

Prepare bidding documents and solicit bids for construction per requirement of project
Prepare necessary contract documents once bids are awarded
Facilitate pre-construction meeting with contractor, owner, and project engineer
Review product submittals and shop drawings
Respond to RFIs
Evaluate change order requests and make recommendations as to their validity
Facilitate construction progress meetings
Review/verify contractor payment applications
Perform site visits to observe progress and general site conditions; report findings to all interested parties
Review field reports for completeness and accuracy
