Sands Decker provided complete Site Civil Engineering Design services for Morrison-Gordon and East Elementary Schools. This included providing stormwater runoff quantity and quality control and completing Athens’ Title 41 approval process. We also performed topographic and utilities surveys for each site including acquiring private utility locating in order to identify potential conflicts on these busy developed sites.
