Bloom-Carroll Elementary School

Sands Decker provided the on-site survey and full civil/site drawings for Bloom-Carroll schools. We also provided an off-site survey and design of a water main for water service to the school and force main for sanitary sewer service; both the water and sewer service are from the Village of Carroll.
