The site was located on Guernsey Industrial Boulevard, adjacent to the airport. The project included additional trailer parking to connect with existing trailer parking, plus associated driveways, fencing, site lighting, grading, and drainage. The site-plan allowed for sediment control basins at the north and south end of the site for controlled release of storm water run-off.
