Goodwill at the Lake

Goodwill at the Lake was developed as a 15,000 square foot retail store with a propane refill station and a covered donation drop off. Positioned on a three-acre site, this location sits at the gateway to the Village of Buckeye Lake.

The Sands Decker team created a design that maximizes the use of the site with respect to its position on an existing flood plain. The design also included the renovation of an adjacent existing building for use as leasable commercial space.
