Sands Decker worked in collaboration with the architect and construction manager on this development for Germain Lexus. The dealer was developing a 37,000 square foot service center, a 4,000 square foot car wash, and associated parking lots. Sands Decker provided assistance during the zoning phase, working with the architect and attorneys on setbacks, sanitary easements, access to the bike path, and future expansion areas, amongst other concerns.
Deliverables included a topographic and utility survey, site compliance plan, construction drawings, site dimension plan, storm drainage drawings, water service plan, and sanitary service plan. Additionally we provided construction phase consultation, a property boundary survey, and ALTA survey.
