Monroe Township Water & Sewer District: Country Estates East Water Lines

Sands Decker was selected by Monroe Water & Sewer District for this water line project in the Country Estates subdivision in Monroe Township near Tipp City, Ohio. The project included over 7,600 feet of eight-inch water line. Sands Decker provided all design and surveying services, specifications, bid documents, and calculation of property assessments. To preserve the integrity of the roads and avoid the possibility of future relocation of the water lines, Sands Decker prepared permanent and temporary easement deeds, exhibits, and descriptions. The project also required coordination with Tipp City for water supply and various technical requirements.
