OSU Marion Campus Student Services

The Ohio State University Marion Campus Student Services Building project is an excellent example of Sands Decker’s ability to adapt new facilities to sites with existing facilities and special conditions. Sands Decker was provided with a previous site survey for our use in the site design. The overall project challenges consisted of removing existing parking, followed by careful site grading to allow for the new student services building. Key considerations included maintaining existing drainage patterns and avoiding interference with upstream and adjacent stormwater drainage.
