Southtown Gym

Sands Decker provided site civil engineering services for the new 23,000 square foot Southtown Gym building including site grading, parking lot, final grading, and seeding, stormwater drainage. Some areas of the existing parking lot will need re-graded to allow for proper storm water management and detention.
