Sands Decker provides land planning services to developers and property owners with an emphasis on enhancing the value of the real estate and blending their goals with the requirements of the community. Our team of professionals will assist clients through the entitlement process to create a land plan that will enhance the quality of life for all residents. From a simple “fit-plan” to an extensive master plan, our planning approach maximizes the value of land and serves as the framework for long-term development of a site, with sustainable economic value, while protecting environmentally sensitive areas.

From initial concepts, we use a process of public engagement to promote input and communication, and ultimately gain consensus of the stakeholders. When appropriate, we will assemble a team of professionals to address diverse planning issues including legal/zoning services, traffic and transportation issues, historic preservation, and natural resource/endangered species investigation.
