Municipal Engineering

Sands Decker has long-term experience and involvement with municipal projects that includes full life-cycle services, including researching, analyzing, planning, and designing roads, pedestrian pathways, water distribution, and sanitary and storm sewer systems. We also provide municipal advisory services to our clients.

Our research and analysis services include environmental studies and preliminary engineering reports, followed by functional and detailed design and project administration services to ensure that designs are accurately implemented.  Our comprehensive approach to municipal engineering also includes facilitating public meetings as a tool to gather, consider, and utilize input from the public.
