The site civil scope included detailed site civil engineering for two buildings (9,936 square foot and 7,200 square foot). Sands Decker provided surveying and civil engineering for the site including entry drives, site grading, site drainage, and underground stormwater detention. Site challenges included implementing a design that would provide the necessary parking for employees, customers, and service vehicles, while meeting strict City of Powell stormwater discharge criteria.
