Midwestern Auto Group: Audi, BMW, Mini Cooper

The site civil scope included detailed site civil engineering for the new 28,000 square foot car showroom and service department for BMW and Mini Cooper brands, and a separate 5,700 square foot Audi showroom building.

Sands Decker provided civil engineering for the entire site including the entry drives, parking lot, display lots, and water/sewer facilities. Unique features of the building included a lower level service department requiring ramps in four locations, and showrooms elevated six feet above the service department floor. Screening and mounding were used along the south boundary of the site as required by Dublin, yet views of the façade will be maintained with breaks in the landscape screening at key locations.
