The 52,800 square foot warehouse in the Columbus Westbelt park is a precast tilt-up building with 21 foot clear heights, fire sprinklers, and 64 parking spaces for staff and visitors.
Our design included site dimensional and grading plans, drainage and site utilities, a stormwater retention pond, a parking area, loading dock, and an access road to the site. A sanitary sewer and waterline service was also part of our design services.
