The site civil scope included detailed site civil engineering for the new 27,255 +/- square foot new car showroom and service department for Tansky Sawmill Toyota. Our firm provided civil engineering for the entire site including the entry drives, parking lot, display lots, and water and sewer facilities.

Unique features of the site included two separate drainage areas; one is tributary to the Scioto River and the other to the Olentangy River. The site required an underground stormwater detention system along the west side of the property. A separate rainwater harvesting system was designed to collect and utilize stormwater for the on-site car wash.
