The Ashford, a 100-unit three-story assisted living facility, was adding a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) to their Sturbridge campus. For this new design, which focuses on a resident-centered hospitality approach rather than a traditional institutional design, Sands Decker provided full civil survey services including design of a higher capacity system for sanitary sewer service.
