Groveport Senior Village

This community for ages 55 and older has 50 cottage-style villas with two bedrooms and attached garages. The village also offers a community building with gathering space, a shelter house, community garden, dog-friendly park, and walking path. Sands Decker provided full site civil and engineering design services.
