Sands Decker is an established regional engineering and surveying firm, providing civil engineering design and surveying services for state and governmental, educational, and private clients. We provide services for projects involving land development; commercial and industrial development; K-12 and higher education; water treatment, storage and distribution; contract administration and construction observation; road design and reconstruction; single-family and multi-family residential development; wastewater collection and treatment; and stormwater management.
Our Story: In 1998, Scott Sands and Glenn Decker formed Sands Decker, LTD. In 2007, in order to provide a greater resource to clients, Mark Cameron merged his firm (CPS Consulting Group, LLC) with Sands Decker LTD which became Sands Decker CPS, LLC. Then, in 2008 Mark Antonetz joined Sands Decker CPS, LLC as a partner sharing in management responsibilities including business development for all types of land development including retail, office, healthcare, industrial, and multi-family. In 2018 the company was rebranded and the firm is now known as Sands Decker.
