Sands Decker provides full survey and civil design services for higher education projects including site grading plans, pavement demolition, plans for site utility demolition, stormwater discharge, site utilities, erosion and sediment control plans for stormwater pollution prevention (SWP3), and site dimensional and grading plans (which has included stormwater retention areas, parking areas, and sidewalks).
