Logan-Hocking Local Schools

Logan Hocking School District was fortunate to be one of the first districts to be accepted into the Expedited Local Partnership Program (ELPP). The project consisted of three new elementary schools in Phase 1. Sands Decker provided complete civil engineering services including surveying (two sites), schematic design, design development, and construction document preparation including site dimension plan, site grading plan, storm sewers, and erosion and sediment control. Sands Decker designed an on-site zero discharge drip dispersal wastewater system.
