Sands Decker provided Sawmill Covenant Church civil engineering design services for this 13,575 square foot new-build church. Our services included site planning for the 10-acre site, design and permit for extension of the Delco waterline, zoning compliance plan, site grading and dimensional plans, stormwater management system, report and permit, erosion control plan, and construction specifications.
