Zanesville City Schools

For the Zanesville City School District project involving two new elementary schools and one new high school, Sands Decker provided complete civil engineering services including schematic design, design development, and construction documents including site dimension plan, site grading plan, storm sewers, erosion and sediment control, and water lines and sanitary sewers.

Sands Decker coordinated approvals through City of Zanesville, Ohio EPA, and OSFC. Design considerations included the need to maintain functional school buildings on each site during the design and construction phase of each building.
