The site civil scope included detailed site civil engineering for the renovation and addition of the showroom and service department for Troy Ford in Troy, Ohio. The owner needed to expand the existing Ford Auto dealership at the north end for more service department space, and both the south and north ends of the showrooms.

Sands Decker provided surveying and civil engineering including the entry drives, parking lot, display lots, and water and sewer facilities. The scope included demo of the existing building located south of the main building and demo of the front canopy on the showroom. The delivery method was design-build and our team included Architecture Alliance (Architect) and Renier Construction. As the project was located in Monroe Township, site design and plan preparation was complied with township and Miami County requirements.
