The scope included detailed site civil engineering for a 67,000 +/- square foot building addition for Tosoh SMD, Inc. Our firm provided surveying and civil engineering for the site including a truck entry drive, loading dock, and water and sewer facilities.

Some site challenges included implementing a design that would allow for potential future expansion while keeping site disturbance to a minimum. Ensuring that daily shipping and receiving activities were undisturbed during construction was also a challenge.
